Ramsons Trendsquares Branding Case Study


Ramsons Trendsquares is a joint venture between two companies with the common goal of 'creating everlasting value for everyone' via their bio-modern eco-friendly and contemporary real-estate projects

Ramsons is a family-owned business, traces its roots back to the late 1890s when M. Ramaiah laid its foundation. The name "Ramsons" emerged from the amalgamation of Ramaiah and Sons.

Trendsquares stands as a prominent and esteemed real estate & construction company, with a robust presence in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Bengaluru. 

This wokr was done as part of my work under Rezonant Design - Bangalore.


Challenge


To design a visual identity for a joint venture which gives equal amount of attention to both the parent brands, is both modern and traditional and massively scalable across real-estate ventures.


Solution


We started to tackle the challenge by benchmarking the world's most remarkable joint ventures and mergers in real-estate and infrastructure. After analysing these JV's, we did a SWOT for our joint venture. After the SWOT we carefully crafted a brand key that led to building the visual identity based on a solid philosophy.

Meaning behind the logo

The logomark is a 'sparkle star' shape formed by combining 2 flowers. 

It portrays how the execution by Trendsquares Constructions combined with the nature-oriented approach of Ramiah & Sons brings immense value to its stakeholders.
